BOOKING REQUEST FORM

To make an appointment, fill out form and specify which artist you are interested in. Our artists require a $50-$100 non-refundable deposit that will go towards the balance of the tattoo. We will typically consult through email or if required we will set a consultation date before hand, in which we discuss ideas and details for the piece. From there the artist will schedule the tattoo date.
